We hope the journey will be refreshing and stimulating for both the mind and the body, almost like returning home.

Contents: Over the course of one night and two days, participants will have the opportunity to explore themselves and be exposed to different perspectives by interacting with others through a variety of experiences.

Core Principles

Our aim at "OneTable" is to create one community by forming various "connections" through experiences.

Engage in a "deep dialogue" around one table
- Deep dialogue and warm connections created at OneTable
- Enjoying local produce and cuisine leads to "understanding the community"
"Experiential activities" that create deep connections
- The "sense of security" created by the experiences leads to a sense of unity
- Participation is voluntary. The time each person spends enjoying themselves in their own way leads to "healing"
To ensure psychological security, "common rules" are set
- Rules that take into consideration the natural environment will lead to a "change in consciousness" in our daily lives
- Compliance with the rules will lead to "reduced burden" on the venue

Activities

Fishing & catching fish

We will catch, and prepare the fish we caught ourselves. It is an experience to feel the meaning of taking a life.
A workshop using timber from forest thinning and overgrown bamboo

Process and utilize the overgrown timber and bamboo. You are welcome to take your creations home with you.
Experience a woodland stroll on a special cart

We will take you on a cart ride through the forest. Experience the unique scenery of this area.
